I work flexibly on a freelance basis with organisations who operate at different points along the breadth of the farming, food, environment, and health spectrum.
The type of organisations I work with are diverse; start-ups, family businesses, SME’s, not-for-profits, campaign & policy groups, and the public sector. What they all share in common is a commitment to building a better, health-focused food & farming system that meets all three pillars of sustainability; society, environment and economics – “people, planet, profit”.
My consultancy service is focused in three main areas:
- Policy: working with you to develop policy positions, influence policy-makers, and contribute evidence to the policy-making process
- Business Insight & Resilience: working with you to understand the bigger picture, removing limits and boundaries imposed by convention and accepted wisdoms in order to improve your vision and strategic response.
- Communications: working with you to develop strategic communication plans, manage media relations, write copy, speeches, policy presentations, content creation for publication across all media, and work alongside in-house communication teams to augment capacity and /or capability.
